  • 4 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup creamy Caesar dressing
  • 0.5 cup sour cream optional but highly recommended

  • Rolling pin, meat mallet, or heavy skillet

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about ½ to ¾ inch.
  3. Coat each chicken breast with grated Parmesan cheese on both sides and arrange them in a single layer in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine the Caesar dressing and sour cream, whisking until smooth.
  5. Pour the creamy sauce evenly over the cheese-crusted chicken.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, until the sauce bubbles around the edges.
  7. Switch the oven to BROIL and cook for an additional 2 to 4 minutes for a golden-brown finish.
  8. Allow the baked chicken to rest for 5-7 minutes before serving.
