  • 12 oz egg noodles
  • 2 cans tuna drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • to taste salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Boil water in a large pot and cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain them and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, cream of mushroom soup, milk, peas, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  3. Mix the cooked noodles with the tuna mixture. Pour everything into a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle shredded cheese and breadcrumbs evenly on top.
  4. Bake the casserole for 25-30 minutes. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
