- Preheat your oven to 425°F. Roll the dough into ropes and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
- Boil water with baking soda in a pot, then drop the dough pieces in for 30 seconds.
- Transfer them to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the pretzel bites for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan, and parsley. Brush this mixture over the warm pretzels immediately after baking.
