Ingredients
  

  • 125 g Greek yogurt plain, vanilla, or flavored
  • 60 g granola
  • 125 g fresh fruit such as berries, sliced bananas, diced peaches, or mango chunks
  • optional honey to taste
  • optional maple syrup to taste
  • optional nuts (almonds, walnuts) to taste
  • optional seeds (chia seeds, hemp hearts) to taste
  • optional coconut flakes to taste

Method
 

  1. Spoon about half a cup of Greek yogurt into a clear glass or bowl.
  2. Layer about a quarter cup of fresh fruit on top of the yogurt.
  3. Sprinkle two tablespoons of granola over the fruit layer.
  4. Repeat the layering process: add another layer of Greek yogurt, followed by more fruit, and another sprinkle of granola.
  5. Finish with a final layer of yogurt topped with a few pieces of fruit or granola and any optional toppings you desire (like a drizzle of honey).
