- Shuck the corn and remove all silks. Rinse under cold water and pat dry.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the butter mixture generously over each ear of corn. Optionally sprinkle grated Parmesan or chopped herbs on top.
- Tear off four large sheets of aluminum foil; place one ear of corn on each sheet and wrap tightly.
- Heat the grill to medium-high heat and place the foil-wrapped corn on the grates.
- Cook for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, while keeping the grill lid closed.
- Let the corn rest for 2-3 minutes after grilling before unwrapping.
