Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole whole fish (e.g. sea bass, snapper) fresh
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 bunch fresh herbs (e.g. parsley, thyme) for stuffing
  • 1 slices lemon slices for stuffing
  • 3 cloves garlic cloves peeled
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Clean and scale the fish, then pat it dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub the fish with olive oil, salt, and pepper inside and out.
  4. Stuff the cavity of the fish with fresh herbs, lemon slices, and garlic cloves.
  5. Place the fish on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness.
  6. Remove the fish from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
