- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

- Stuff the cavity of the fish with fresh herbs, lemon slices, and garlic cloves.
- Place the fish on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness.
- Remove the fish from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
