- Boil a pot of salted water and cook the bowtie pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat a large skillet, add olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter. Cook the chicken seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter, add minced garlic, sauté until fragrant, then stir in lemon zest and juice. Add chicken broth and scrape the bottom of the pan.
- Reduce heat to medium-low, stir in heavy cream and cream cheese until smooth. Add mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses, stirring until melted.
- Combine the cooked chicken and pasta into the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce. Simmer together for a few minutes.
- Remove from heat, garnish with parsley or basil, and serve hot.
