Notes

Feel free to customize your ingredients! Substitute ground beef with thinly sliced flank steak, chicken, mushrooms, or tofu. Various noodle types work well, including rice noodles or spaghetti. For added flavor, toast the garlic briefly before adding liquids. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stovetop with a splash of water. Always taste and adjust the seasoning before serving; a dash of lime juice can brighten the dish. Enjoy your delicious creation!
